Oak bed makeover

As you have read, I am in love with spraypaint.  I keep finding things around my house to paint.  Seriously, I think it has become an addiction :/  It started with the lamp makeover, then the picture frame.  Now, my son’s full size bed! My very first makeover was a nightstand for his room.  Now he has a matching bed.

Supplies

sandpaper – for shiny surfaces

mask – for stinky paint

primer – I chose gray primer (because of the black paint) and the filler, honestly, because it was the only gray primer I could find at Home Depot  Smile.  It did help fill in a deep scratch.

I am still an amateur at this….and I was in a rush because too many people were on the paint isle….but it did get the job done!

A and Z (nicknames we use for the boys) decided to share a room a few months ago.  This project is one of MANY projects keeping me busy. I can’t wait for the final reveal……

Happy Monday!
