Our front entrance needs a makeover!
Our front entry need some attention

Some changes have been over the last 2 years. I do not have pictures of the before, but it was rough! We added red recycled rubber and moved several small shrubs from the flower bed. The rocks were free from a neighbor (thank you), but I think we need new ones. I really want to rip out all of the existing shrubs and start over. But not sure if our budget will allow that 
.
We need a new door or at least paint this one. Some pretty plants (my black thumb is not allowed to touch them)? Maybe a hanging pendant/lantern porch light? A bright, summer wreath?
I want to rearrange and expand the walkway. The two pots need to find a new home . Really just spruce it up a bit. As always, I welcome all suggestions!
